Ingredients: 1 ½ oz / 45 ml The Lost Explorer Espadín; ½ oz / 15 ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur; 2 oz / 60 ml Tonic water; Garnish: Rosemary sprig and red peppercorn, or lemon twist

½ oz / 15 ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz / 60 ml Tonic water
Garnish: Rosemary sprig and red peppercorn, or lemon twist

Method

Fill a spritz wine glass with ice. Pour all ingredients into glass and stir with a mixing spoon. Express a rosemary sprig or lemon twist over the drink and use it as the garnish. Slip into vacation mode.
