- 1 ⅓ oz / 40 ml The Lost Explorer Espadín
- ⅔ oz / 20 ml Orgeat Syrup or any syrup
- ½ oz / 15 ml Tío Pepe
- Top - Champagne Brut or Prosecco
- Garnish: Slice of lemon or cucumber
Shake, strain, ice cubes, bubbles. Combine all ingredients, except the Champagne/Prosecco, in a shaker. Shake. Strain into a wine glass filled with ice cubes. Top with the bubbles. Garnish with a slice of lemon and/or cucumber. Or freestyle a garnish as you wish—it’s a spritz!
